We have taken the initiative and designed our cavity closers (Build-in Plastic Profile) to be a Standard Sized, off the shelf, de-skilled product and as easy and trouble-free to fit as possible.

The 70mm system employed in the new cavity closer has benefits such as four sided and fully welded, has a ventilated head and all the multi-chamber advantages, plus some new feature innovations. NO Need to return blockwork with DPC.

Brand new features include a simple clip window retainer, which allows for a quick and easy fit of windows or doors, and the ability to meet cavity wall widths of 50mm through to 100mm. A new trickle ventilator is also now supplied attached to the ventilated head of the closer, a development that is more in keeping with modern tastes and meets PART F of the Building Regulations requirements easily. Finally, there is now a much cleaner detail, for dry lining and plastering into window reveals. The new closer range will also have a unique in-check counterpart to service the requirements of the Scottish market as well.

This amazing system, until now has only been available to all the major house builders. NOW Anybody can call into our Trade and Builder Depot and pick up one of many standard sized cavity closers of the shelf, to make fitting windows to new houses, extensions etc.
