Mark Theobald
Managing Director

Mark joined Speed Frame in 2006, and was responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all on site processes in all Speed Frame factories, with many years experience in manufacturing Mark helps keep Speed Frame running smoothly ensuring quality is high and deliveries go out correctly, on time and every time.

Mark is now the Managing Director of Speed Frame and is responsible for all operational and sales functions.

Nick Kightley
Customer Care Director

Nick has spent over 20 years representing joinery manufacturers in various senior and customer facing positions.  Latterly he spent 3 years in an Operational role as an Area Director for Jewson. Nick will oversee all customer facing aspects of Speed Frame from internal sales, order processing and marketing to the National Sales Manger, field based sales, customer care teams and Depots.

Central to this role will be communication across all parts of the business and to all our existing and future customers to ensure Speed Frame remains focused and recognized as the premier supplier of window and door products to the market.

Pat Rice
National Sales Manager

Pat has spent the majority of his career representing Joinery manufacture in a number of senior positions selling across all sectors of the market. For the last 2 years Pat has been National Sales Manager for Jewson, personally managing an extensive number of UK National house builders.
Pat brings with him a wealth of experience in managing, communicating and motivating sales teams and in delivering high personal standards of integrity and professionalism.

The front end of the business is paramount at this time and the new build team will need to work as one in delivering the sales increase on offer as well as opening up new customers and new market sectors going forward.

Janet Fincham
Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager Janet Fincham and her team are responsible for the smooth running of this process and have recently moved to new and larger offices.

Janet commented, “It is important for the HR department now to be in one location. Our new office space allows us better communication and will enable us to provide a much-improved service to the company as a whole. The move also provides a pleasant environment in which to conduct interviews and meetings. People are often nervous at such a time and nice surroundings help in calming people down and putting them at ease.”

Tim Hedland
Health & Safety Manager

He haas worked in H&S directly since 1998 and has worked for steel foundries and the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce

Before working in health and safety, he was a production manager of a fettling shop in a steel foundry.

He enjoys motor sport, in particular F1, all kinds of music, the countryside and the occasional glass of red wine!

Lee Ogley
I.T. Manager

Lee joined SpeedFrame in April 2001 as a Software Engineer, coming from working on multi-million pound systems for the Nuclear and Steel industry as a Systems Designer.

His role within SpeedFrame as developed over time with Lee now running the IT Department.

During this time both Lee and collegue John Riley have built up a small team to facilitate all SpeedFrame’s IT requirements. Their main role is to service and introduce new technologies and enterprise solutions that will take SpeedFrame forward.
