Janet Fincham The Human Resources Manager Janet Fincham and her team are responsible for the smooth running of this process and have recently moved to new and larger offices. Janet commented, “It is important for the HR department now to be in one location. Our new office space allows us better communication and will enable us to provide a much-improved service to the company as a whole. The move also provides a pleasant environment in which to conduct interviews and meetings. People are often nervous at such a time and nice surroundings help in calming people down and putting them at ease.” |

Tim Hedland He haas worked in H&S directly since 1998 and has worked for steel foundries and the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce Before working in health and safety, he was a production manager of a fettling shop in a steel foundry. He enjoys motor sport, in particular F1, all kinds of music, the countryside and the occasional glass of red wine! |

Lee Ogley Lee joined SpeedFrame in April 2001 as a Software Engineer, coming from working on multi-million pound systems for the Nuclear and Steel industry as a Systems Designer. His role within SpeedFrame as developed over time with Lee now running the IT Department. During this time both Lee and collegue John Riley have built up a small team to facilitate all SpeedFrame’s IT requirements. Their main role is to service and introduce new technologies and enterprise solutions that will take SpeedFrame forward. |
