The human resources department is responsible for everything to do with employees including recruitment, induction, training, employment law and paying wages. Speed Frame recognises that the company is only as strong as the quality of its employees and therefore puts the same effort into developing and harnessing the skills of our workforce as we put into developing our products.

When people come to interview it is of course vital for them to make a good impression, but equally, it is vital that Speed Frame makes a good impression also. The new office block goes a good way towards achieving this, but having a well-designed HR environment completes the image of the company as a businesslike and friendly place in which to work. In this way, the image the company projects acts as a 'soft sell', working to promote the company as well as the rest of the staff and differentiates Speed Frame from other employers.
