With 44,000 amendments over the last 11 years there is always something that needs to be reviewed.

We encourage all the workforce to take an active and involved role in the work place and we have a Safety Committee which meets monthly to discuss any issues of concern and talk about future planning. A current topic for discussion is the ongoing work being done to reduce noise at source on our machinery. Team work is paramount to ensuring a smooth running factory and Health and Safety works hand in hand with production to help maximize our efforts and keep all our employees safe and involved in our programme of development.

We are constantly ensuring our Health and Safety policy is kept up to date and takes into account any changes in the environment or working practices that will affect the relevancy of our company policy.
