Ian is the founder and Managing Director of Speed Frame and after 35 years in the business, he has an unrivalled depth of knowledge and experience in the field of window manufacturing, and knows the industry inside out. Ian introduced to a sceptical market an innovative product range and a trail blazing five-day delivery service in 1994 and the company has never looked back. Very much a hands on operator and the 'ideas man'
behind Speed Frame's outstanding success, Ian remains closely involved in all aspects
of the running of the company.

Malcolm Smith
Chief Executive Officer

Malcolm has worked in the food sector for the last 30 years. He was on the main board of Grampian Country Food Group until 2003, having been with them from 1989. In March 2003, he became CEO of Dairy Farmers of Britain, a leading co-op, with a turnover of
500 Million pounds.

He has a BSC in Applied Physics, and is a member of the chartered institute of
management accountants.

Bill Armstrong
Financial Director

With a successful track record of positive change and business improvement in all of his previous posts which includes both blue chip and independent companies.

Bill is a team player, with specific responsibility for Finance and IT, who has strong strategic, commercial, and managerial skills with a demonstrable track record of
impacting on business profitability.
